「ワサビノキ」の由来

モリンガの驚異的な成長を支えるモリンガの根。モリンガの根はわさびのようなツンとした辛味があり、この風味からモリンガが「ワサビノキ」と呼ばれる由来となりました。

そのまま利用するというよりは、すりおろして使ったり、根のジュースを利用することが多いです。

モリンガの根は非常に高い解毒作用があり、腸内のガスを取り除きおならを減らす効果もあるといわれています。

    モリンガの根の粉末についてですが、先日、メルカリで昨年取れた一年ものを粉末にしたという方から、粉末を購入しました。個人で販売してる方のようで、私も、よく確認をせずに購入してしまったので、使い方など、お聞きしてカレーに入れたり、お刺身に付けて他ペル事が多いとの事でした。ウコンと同じように使ってくださいとも言われました。
    実はお酒が好きで飲んでいるので仕方ないのですが、数値が高くなってしまったので(あと、白髪などもこともありますが…)、結果は摂取しても問題ないかお聞きしたいです。
