モリンガの芽だしが始まりました！

こんにちわ。太陽のモリンガ本舗です。
みなさん、ゴールデンウィーク前半が終了しましたが、いかがお過ごしですか？
太陽のモリンガ本舗では、モリンガの芽だしを行いました。

32.3度の環境で、芽だしをしています。

5月といえども、南国宮崎はすでに暑いです。

今年は例年より栽培にとりかかるタイミングが遅めです。半月くらい遅れております。
ですが、例年の7月以降の成長速度を考えると十分間に合ってくれるのではないかと思っています。
今年も、宮崎の太陽をたくさん浴びて、元気に育ってくれることを願っています。

さて、弊社のAmazonサイトでも種をご購入される方が増えています。
御自身で成長させてみたいのでは、と想像していますが、本日はちょっとしたコツを教えたいと思います。
まず、種を植える深さですが、爪が埋まるくらいの深さ(1～2cm)の穴をつくり、そっと種をおき、土を被せます。
そのあとはたっぷりを水をあげて終わりです。
表面が乾いてきたら、またたっぷり水をあげてください。そうすると1週間ほどで芽が出てきます。
そこからは日光が良く当たる場所で、育てられてください。
お水は表面が乾いたなと思ったらたっぷりあげてください。
10数cmに成長しましたら、ここから家庭で育てられる場合と露地栽培に場合で育てる場合で、育て方が変わってきます。
屋内で育てられるときは、植木鉢などが最適ですが、鉢の深さによって成長の度合いが変わります。
弊社事務所内でも育ていますが、直径20センチ深さ30センチ程度のもので1m～1.5mくらいになります。
ですが、幹は5センチ前後の成長で止まります。幹の太さや背丈を伸ばそうとすると露地栽培への移行が必要になります。
屋内で育てると冬の温度管理が出来ますので、かれずに年を越すことができます。
※本州の冬の気温では露地は枯れてしまうんです。。。

観賞用としても良いですが、葉っぱを摘み取ってサラダに入れたりスムージーに入れるなど生のモリンガの食感や味を楽しむこことも出来ますね。

さて、お話それましたが、今年のモリンガもすくすく育つことを願っています。
そして、みなさんにおいしいモリンガ茶と笑顔をおとどけできたらと思います。
